I really liked the design and function of the app, and it was intuitive to use. I particularly liked that it is interactively designed to walk a user through the decision making process about using alternative skills, rather than just offering information. I like that users can tailor the app to list only activities/ skills they find helpful and hide activities they don't like

I liked...
I think it was fantastic all round. From how it fits its purpose to feedback to design... to everything. I did like the countdown - to prevent people from having to keep track themselves and cut corners - as well as the activity log to keep track of what you've done in the past and the feedback after completing an activity.
I didn't like...
Not much. Only one little 'pet peeve' was that the timer doesn't go clockwise.

I liked...
I loved the graphics and colours, they were very clean, clear and engaging.
I didn't like...
The list of activities were often things I had to do for five minutes by myself - if there were actives presented on the screen, like matching things together or something, it would make it easier and more enjoyable.
